Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 3-6 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. If you are based outside of the UK please get in touch if you are interested in purchasing our products.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order we advise the following:
For Royal Mail services you should wait up to 7 business days before contacting them to check the whereabouts of the package. If Royal Mail confirms that the item is declared lost, you can then contact us and we will start a claim. We will replace any items that are confirmed as lost.
For fully tracked services we will require a confirmation from the courier that the item is lost before we can offer a replacement.
